    Order # ***** placed on 1/10/2024 Total amount $57.97 *********** sent me an empty product. I contacted them immediately upon receiving the defective product. I first contacted the sales department via email. They initially tried to convince me that the defective product was an optical illusion and was not actually empty. Which it clearly was. I then contacted the information email address. At this time I was asked to send pictures of the defective product, which I promptly did. At this juncture the company stopped responding completely and has ignored my attempts to make contact since. On 1/19/2024 I called the business directly and left a message to contact me in regards to a refund. They have not responded to me at all since sending them pictures of the defective product. I noticed that ****** Reviews reflects that I am not the only customer to receive empty and defective products from this company. I would like a refund and to see this company not take peoples money for defective products with blatant disregard. If this company had the proffesionalism to at least acknowledge me I would not be filing this complaint. No business should be able to do this to its customers, truly unprofessional. If anymore information is needed from me please feel free to call or email. I will do anything I can to help this matter get resolved.
