      When I purchased my home back in March 2021, we went through Atlantic Home Loans. My mortgage is also bundled with a 203K construction loan. My home has been under construction for far longer than it should be simply because there has been issues and discrepancies with the payouts my contractor should be receiving. At some point in early 2023, I believe around April our loan was transferred to another bank —
      ********* While it’s understandable that it’s the nature of the game to transfer loans to another bank, there seems to have been money lost within this transaction and the new bank, ******** can’t locate or account for the missing monies. My contractor has been having difficulty getting paid the correct amount and nobody can take accountability or figure out where these funds have gone. Atlantic Home Loans is simply unreachable and when I’ve attempted to reach someone, they have zero records of our information since they no longer have our loan. ********, the new bank, also cannot figure out where the money is and we are running out of funds, funds that we are paying every month in our mortgage. Every month we are paying for a loan but are paying for money that is “lost” within the transfer of the loan. Our monthly mortgage even went up at some point in time. Extremely unethical and sketchy. There needs to be an auditor in place to dissect where these funds went and I am also looking to seek legal action because it’s completely unethical and messy and we are owed thousands of dollars because of the negligence of both loan companies. PLEASE HELP. I need an answer, we need our money paid to our contractor and/or we’d like to seek legal action on this.

      i have a mortgage with Atlantic Home Loans (AHL) in 2022, they had a escrow account with the money to pay the taxes. in march 2022 the money was taken out by AHL to pay but the county never received this payment. the money was deducted from the account on the statement AHL provided me. i found out that is was not paid in may of 2024 when the county sheriff posted tax sale notices on the property. since 2022 AHL sold the mortgage to Valon mortgage, then they sold it in 2023 to ******** mortgage. as soon as i received this notice i paid 3193.08 out of my own pocket to secure the property and stop the sale. When i contact any number for AHL i get a company by the name of ***. they said they handle AHL montages. i provided all the evidence to them and said they would investigate it. after 3 weeks they called and said this is not there issues it is AHL i explained that every contact number i have to reach AHL leads me to *** answering the phone. I have no way of contacting them. I am out the money in additional fines occurred because of this issues along with the original payments that was taken from the escrow account. I believe this money has been fraudulent taken from our escrow by AHL in total i have
