    I completed a training program. I was told Id receive ********************** shop jobs,I havent received them. I was misled and Im not receiving what they promised. I would like to ask about receiving a refund and reporting this business

    I do gig work for this company. I need to help supplement my income because I am a disabled 59 female that uses a wheelchair.
    I did this audit for this company, and they keep sending me out to redo and redo. If you look up their reviews it seems they don't pay anyone that worked for them. We all can't be scammed. They ride on the "global company", but there are fake global companies out there. This company needs to be investigated.
    I am looking for an attorney to do a class action suit against them. There are hundreds of people that never got paid.
    I have asked for advice and just gets a form letter. This Christy woman on my emails must not exsist. With all the complaints how do we know they are not getting the pay but telling us it didn't go through. None of us that didn't get paid have no proof.

    On the presto shopper website, the site will not allow me to sign up for Ipsos sassie presto shops such as Small Business, Retail Beverage, Shell MMP, and other shops. There was no formal guideline stating that shops would not be allowed if they were abandoned. I contacted Ipsos today and prior without any success to see if Ipsos can help by removing the block as presto is a just a site to list the shops.I was able to do the Shell shops on the Ipsos sassie website but since they were recently posted on the presto website, I was not allowed.Please remove the block as I did not know the guidelines of the Ipsos prior to being blocked.

    My name is *********************************, and I am writing to file a complaint against Ipsos for unpaid wages. On January 13, 2023, I completed a shop for Ipsos, and I have yet to receive the payment that I am owed for my work.I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue with Ipsos directly, but my efforts have been unsuccessful. I have been in contact with a representative named ********************* ***************************************** who has informed me that there was an issue with their system that prevented my payment from being processed correctly. Despite my requests to speak with a manager over the phone, ************** has refused to connect me with someone who can address my concerns.The lack of communication and resolution from Ipsos has left me with no choice but to escalate this matter to BBB. I am seeking your assistance in ensuring that I receive the payment I am owed for the work I completed. I am available to provide any additional information or documentation that *** be required.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution.
