    $25 Mastercard Rewards Card via "Gift-o-Gram"Mastercard Rewards Card manages a credit-debit electronic gift card via a program called "Gift-o-Gram." The Mastercard Rewards Card is affiliated with the credit-debit electronic gift card program called "Gift-o-Gram." The "Gift-o-Gram" codes when transferred to a Mastercard Rewards Card e-gift card have several limitations, including (i) purchase-use limitations exclusive to online purchases, (ii) financial transaction limitations in the specific-exact amount of the e-gift card, and (iii) expiration dates which deem the e-gift card unredeemable. The Mastercard Rewards Card and the "Gift-o-Gram" program codes both claim to expire after one year. All of the stipulations are unknown to the recipient at the time of receipt. This matter is related to eight (8+) e-gift cards in twenty-five ($25) dollar valuations which have not been redeemed as a result of the stipulations. The Mastercard Rewards Card and "Gift-o-Gram" customer-technical support have not been able to resolve the two hundred ($200) dollar credit-reimbursement issues or address the questions about the unused e-gift card values. The Mastercard Rewards Card and "Gift-o-Gram" are requested to advise (i) how the cash valuations of their online e-gift card can be expired and (ii) what happens to the cash balance of an unredeemed online e-gift card. The reports were submitted on and before-after December 10, 2022 without acknowledgement-attention to date by either business. (This is a question-concern about both the Mastercard Rewards Card and the "Gift-o-Gram" program.)Resolution: The credit-reimbursement of eight (8+) unredeemed "Gift-o-Gram" e-gift cards in twenty-five ($25) dollar valuations, for a total of two hundred ($200) dollars.- - - - -The BBB does not list the company Gift-o-Gram as a business within the database. The Gift-o-Gram business advised to contact Mastercard for resolution. Please be advised that both businesses should be contacted-named until the issues are addressed-resolved.
