    On 1/21/2025, I was stranded at the Atlanta airport when my Delta flight from Chicago O'Hare was delayed due to 3 mechanical issues, and I missed my connecting flight to Tampa. As a result, I missed my NCL Caribbean cruise. Due to snowy weather conditions affecting the Atlanta airport, there were overwhelming crowds trying to rebook, and I was #87 in the Delta queue. Since I was 67 and traveling alone, concerned that I might not get a flight home that day, I tried to find my own flight. I Googled Delta but somehow was connected with My Dream Memory, which is the name Air Tickets Hub uses on phone/emails. They kept me on the phone for over 1 hour while I was simultaneously trying to find my luggage (it had been sent on to Tampa!). Agent Paris J.  found me "the last seat" on a flight for $499, but soon it was gone. Next she found "one more seat" on the last flight of the day for $999.99. After pressure and scare tactics that "I might not get home for 2 days or more", I agreed to the ticket, assuming my travel insurance would cover it (NOPE!). I finally got home after being awake for 24 hours. The next day I called Delta and they said that they had exchanged my missed flights for a ticket which was in my account. My Dream Memory/Air Travel Hub had charged me for the same ticket that Delta had put in my account for free! As I investigated this fraud, the location of the "business" is actually a little red house in NJ. After exchanging calls and emails and dealing with their frustrating evasion, lies, and putting me on numerous, lengthy holds, they said they'd refund $500, but I wanted the full amount. They finally agreed to refund my $999.99, which I have in written form from them in an email. After 15-20 days I had to contact them again. Manager Dave said they tried to refund my money but could not since ******** Card was investigating the transaction. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO REMAIN OPEN TO SCAM OTHERS!!!

    On 4/10/24 I called what I thought was ******* ******** I made airline reservations to London leaving on 8/27/24 and returning 9/04/24. I received what I thought was the proper info regarding this round trip flight. My credit card was billed $6475.90 in two different charges one of $2,136.60 to Air Tickets Hub and the remainder of $4,339.30 to ******* ********
    I called Air Tickets Hub to ask about how I get tickets and boarding pass on or about7/12/24. After asking for the gentleman that originally help me make my reservation (he gave me his direct telephone number or so I thought) the person that answered the phone told me that there was no person there by that name. She transferred me to the manager Mike. He told me that because I did not have a confirmation # and only had a ticket number (from ******* ********* he would have to do more research to find my reservation. He said he would call me back in an hour. He did not - I called him on his phone number he answered but told me that he would need another day to finish the research. I finally called him back on his number, the person that answered said there was no one there named Mike. After calling back several more times and speaking to several different people about this issue some one finally told me that I should have gotten something from Air Tickets Hub by July 1st. One of the people I spoke to was Summer W***** she said that she would have to book another reservation since they did not have a record of my reservation I said "I'm not booking with you". Air Tickets Hub continues to call me insisting that I need to make another reservation with them. I did not.
    I told them that I was reporting them as scam artists. I reported them to the Financial Crimes Section of the ******* County Police on 7/12/24.
    I called ******** ******* and reported the charge of $2,136.90 as fraud and they have removed that charge from my bill. ******* ******* has given me credit for $305.40 for the airport taxes.
