    DO NOT USE THIS BROKER! Absolute JOKE and SCAM of a company. I had a long distance move from ** to ** and ***** promised service before I left. Long story short, I had to leave my car behind so I could make my flight. Service was not rendered and I had to find another company. This company will protect themselves from every angle to avoid any dispute process. They have NO intention of rendering service. They operate on keeping as many non-refundable deposits as they can.

    oking to get "rich" with other people's money. We are a small company that has worked day by day to get ahead. We do not earn anything by keeping deposits without providing our service, that does not make any sense and does not help us grow. In fact, this is not the first time that you have moved a car with us, your first experience was positive and that is why you came back to look for us (at that time you did not bother to leave a positive comment). You signed a contract, if you didn't agree with what it said, you could have looked for another company. We were clear from the first moment you contacted us, we were always there to listen to you regardless of the time; We even tried to help you find a company to transport your belongings, when the one you had hired canceled, (this without charging you any deposit for the service). You were the one who looked for another broker and paid extra, thatcompany picked up your car at the same time that we would have done it, even using the same driver.We hope that in the future you will be able to read the contracts before signing them, that you appreciate all the customer service that is provided with respect, and that you do not denigrate companies that fight every day to provide a good service, just because things did not go your way. (We could say that you are a scam because you wanted to collect a partial refund from us, while at the same time making a chargeback withyourbank).
