    This place is the worst place to go to for anything health wise. They are not organized and they lie about simple appointments and follow up times and dates. Whether you are doing an in person visit or just a telehealth follow up. Do not go to this place expecting them to care about your needs. They are all there to make sure they get their pay even as a health care place. It is still about making money. Go where they care about you and your health. Some of them just go to school and learn so they can make the top dollars but they really dont care about nobody. And I am talking about the whole business, every location. After going there and seeing what it was I read the reviews and realize it is the same thing I am going through. Called them 3 times today to get my result after they told me it is going to be provided via telehealth so you know it is nothing that is going to take a long time. I called they said 12-5pm which it was originally set for AM. I said okay. Called again and said please fax the results to my primary care doctor and they said okay, still did not fax it. Call back 10 minutes to 5 to ask where is my result they are telling me next week and the *** said yes they have the result. If you have the result why do I have to wait until next week? I am so sorry that I chose this place for something that means so much to me. They really do not care, but they are going to accept you because refusing you without a reason will get them sued.
