I purchased two used tires From House of Flats on Monday, June 9, 2025. The car I purchased it for was a 2020 Nissan rogue sport all-wheel-drive Monday afternoon Monday night I started to hear a really bad grinding coming from the car me and my mechanic figured no big deal. It’s just a brakes need to be done so we change the brakes And the noise kept going on Wednesday. I got an appointment to bring the car to the Nissan dealer Nissan comes out and asked me if put two tires on the car recently. I said yes on Monday they told me well the place where you got the tires should’ve known this. It’s an all-wheel-drive vehicle. You can’t only replace two tires. You have to replace all four and an all-wheel-drive vehicle because they only replace two tire tires. My transfer box is now messed up. It needs to be replaced. Nissan can get the transfer box replaced under warranty, but they need Either two other Firestone tires to match the front put on the back or four new tires put on the car so that all the tread matches otherwisethe warranty company won’t approve the work on the transfer case. i’ve asked three other mechanics also and they all said house of Flats should’ve known and should’ve told me then on an all-wheel-drive vehicle. You have to replace all tires at once you can’t only do two otherwise you’ll mess up the car. I feel this is House of Flats full that they should’ve warned me about this and they need to take responsibility for this. I’ve brought this their attentionand they don’t want to take any accountability for it. They could also give me $750 for Nissan to put four new tires on the car. Or they can give me $1700 to do the work on the transfer case plus the money for the new tires which will come out to $2450
