    We purchased a refrigerator from Elite Appliances. After three weeks the refrigerator started making a loud noise and condensation was building on the back panel. They sent a repair man and they replaced the fan. About two weeks later the same noise and condensation started happening again. They claimed it was a different problem and needed to order a part. They texted me a receipt of the ordered part and said the repair would be done in three days. After the three days they said the part was delayed and on back order and would swap out the refrigerator. Once we agreed to swap they gave us numerous dates that were never met. As we continued to call our phone numbers were blocked. We had to use other people's phones to contact them and they would hang up on us. We never resolved our issue and have a defective refrigerator. We want the swap that was promised or our money back. All of the above information is documented through text messages.

    I bought a washer/dryer/electric oven,dishwasher and refrigirator. The items have been badly installed and the range doesnt work, dishwasher has not been installed properly . The washer is jutting out and I cant close the utility door. I want them to ************** away completely and refund me 1600$ plus 200$ installation.
