    January,23,2023
after all added charges total amount was $8960.00
this business committed to provide a complete engine rebuild
not even 2 weeks after service was provided and completed check engine light did come back on because I was under the impression that the engine was a complete rebuild I took it to my mechanic and he told me it was the intercooler which has nothing to do with engine the vehicle was a gift to my wife and when we went to register car in the state of Delaware which it must pass inspection in order for the car to be properly register mind you inspection is done at department of motor vehicle so they cannot lie or their diagnostic system can not be faulty with that being said couple of trouble codes came up a couple had to do with engine now the is a complete engine rebuild there for there should not being any check engine nor engine codes for it to had been completely rebuilt now when I brought this to his attention at the project M motors he insisted that I cracked the engine and drove the car without oil instead of him hearing us out he asked us to bring the car and continued to threaten us with if he sees that the car was driven with out any oil that we will be responsible for them taking the engine apart and we would have to pay but never said the engine locked because of these people lying there were other parts to the engine that weren't even addressed which cause $8556.28 in damages and repairs again this is supposed to be a complete engine rebuild. I have a massive amount of incriminating evidence that I will enclosed along with invoice for rebuild along with invoice to damages that had to be repaired due to negligence on project M motors part. the pictures I enclosed are original parts and one of the picture is a part to the car that needs to come off first to get to engine they completely ignored that this was damaged and still put the part back on which caused the car to deliver message driving train malfunction message

I had my car towed to Project M Motors on September 28, 2023 for replacement of engine. I left a spare key and a note for the key to be programmed to the car. I picked up the car on October 18, and noted the second key was no longer in the car, but the note was. Project M had to call the two truck provider, who brought only the skeleton part of the key- not the programmable part, and stated it was never in the car- NOTE the skeleton key and the programmable part with contained in a plstic bag from the dealer, which was returned with the skeleton key. The key cost over $534 from the dealer. They denied ever seeing it, but had no explanation why they had the bag and the skeleton in hand. I also had a license plate that needed to be turned into MVC in the back seat, which forgot was in the car. I received a notice of a speeding ticket with this plate ($50), then looked at my EZ pass and saw charges for continued use since October 12- amount to $89.52 for dates from October 12- 19. I notified the owner who advised me no one could have stolen it, as it was in an "enclosed warehouse". This only concludes it was stolen from his warehouse. He refuses to repay the cost of the replacement key and accept responsbility for the stolen license plate and charges against my EZ Pass for tolls.
