    The company has charged my credit card for a dumpster rental which did not occur. I was told on the phone that it was due to a software error. I have called the company 6 times within the past two months and left messages as directed which includes leaving my phone and details of my complaint. My phone calls are not returned. The company charged my credit card on 10/08/2024 and was posted on my account on 10/11/2024. The amount was for $568.01. I am requesting a full refund which I believe is warranted. If a copy of my credit card statement is needed I will be more than happy to provide.
