    Portable Black and Decker AC unit (BPP08WTB) purchased Aug 2022 from **************** LLC, fulfilled by ******** Unit stopped working June 2023 and was returned for replacement under warranty with assistance from ******* at ************* QA and bdachelp.zendesk.com *** tracking (1Z83V86E0398071638) shows delivery to Golden Opportunity on June 29. They have the defective unit, but I have not received a replacement unit.Many calls to B&D **************** team *************) have been made with no satisfactory response.

    I ordered a Black and ****** air conditioner from Amazon in May 2022, and it broke in July 2022. I called Amazon about a return, but since it was over 1 month after purchase, I had to deal with their vendor directly. The vendor sent me return information, so I sent the product directly to them so they could send me a replacement. It has now been 9 months and they haven't sent me a replacement yet. I've tried calling the vendor, but they don't answer. I've emailed the vendor and they don't respond. Upon reading the reviews on Amazon, it seems i'm not the first customer that has had this happen. Also, based on the reviews, I really just want my money back so I can buy a AC unit from someone else.
