    They recommended replacing the damper and applying a black color coating to the flashing, for which I was charged $1200. Unfortunately, after these repairs, the problem persisted during the next rainfall.When I reached out to them on phone, I was told that the actual issue is with the roof not with the chimney. If they already knew that the problem is with roof, then why they did something which was not needed.Following this, a SMALL CLAIMS COURT IN ********** ruled in my favor, ordering Heavenly Construction to refund $600 of the costs. Despite the COURT'S DECISION, the company has REFUSED TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER.Additionally, the payment receipt from Heavenly Construction included a commitment to return for cement apex crown and fill cracks. When I requested these agreed-upon repairs, the company decided to not to respond for the request, despite what was clearly outlined in the contract/receipt.This refusal to honor both their contractual commitments and a court order not only demonstrates a LACK OF RESPECT for their customers but also for the JUDICIARY SYSTEM itself. NOW THE ONLY OPTION LEFT WITH ME IS TO INITIATE A LEGAL PROCEDURE OF RECOVERY AGAINST HEAVENLY CONSTRUCTION.

    Heavenly Construction's Owner is onsite and performs work along with his crew. They did chimney work on two properties. The first required repointing and a new liner. The other needed a complete new chimney. The work is impeccable and these men are skilled craftsmen. We received very good value for the money. Liners guaranteed for life and new chimney for 10 years. I highly recommend Heavenly Construction.
