    My Roadside Assistance assigned this Tow to me. The Driver called and asks if I want the ********* or the ********* He then proceeds to tell me that I will have a $50 balance because Roadside only pays up to $100. I confirm that I am 100% covered and then he tells me it is not only my Roadside but all the others do this too. He then says "But the good news is I am 10 mins away". I call roadside to ask about the **** allowance paid and they confirmed that I do not have a max *** and that I am not to pay any out of pocket money especially not cash. They immediately canceled the service and I also called the driver to let him know I was aware he was scamming me and no longer needed his services. I then proceeded to call the ** Fast Towing Office to report the driver.When I asked to speak to a manager he then asked "what do you want me to do about it" since I had already cancelled and did not give him any money. I told him I wanted to report the incident and was he as the manager not concerned about "the integrity of his driver" to which he flat out said to me "We don't care, we don't care about his integrity". This confirmed that it was not only the driver but also the company as a whole, who scam unsuspecting customers.
