    This is a uniform store for all of ******** School district. I attempted to proactively purchase my children's uniforms early this year to avoid standing on long lines prior to school beginning especially in this uniform store (have people standing on line for hours), which was 7/23/22. My son attends what was called ************ and I purchased three "gym shirts" for him. We have now been made aware that ************ has changed their name to STEAM. On 8/29, we asked that the store exchange the shirts for the newly named gym shirts and we were informed that the purchase was too old and therefore could not do the exchange. I questioned, why did they sale the incorrect GYM shirt when they were aware the name was going to changed they provided no answer and I ended up buying additional gym shirts since they refused to exchange. This uniform store attempts to take advantage of the community during the school season as they are the only sourced uniform store in ******** school district (monopoly) and treat people unfairly. Each Gym shirt was $16.99
