    Do Not Use This Location The store owner (*********************) routinely misrepresents company policy in order to upsell unnecessary products and services. Just today she refused to accept my prepaid return because the item was packaged in the original product box (this is how it was shipped to me). She informed me that it was *** policy to not ship products that are not in *** boxes nor packaged by *** workers. Considering I worked at a *** Store 10 years ago (this store, to be exact) I knew this was a lie, or at the very least, willful misrepresentation of *** policy. After refusing her poor attempt at a disingenuous upsell, I went to a seperate location (#**** in *****, **) where I encountered no issues shipping my package as is and no one at the store could tell me what policy *************** was citing.Considering the area of **********/******** is flush with the elderly, it became clear that she is manufacturing paywalls for her customers to climb in order to inflate her bottom line. The elderly will just assume that the times are changing and the upper-class will just throw money at the problem to avoid confrontation.*** Store #**** is a shame to this community and it's owner ********************* is a soulless grifter who profits from exploiting the elderly. Use literally any other packing/shipping service in the area. I'm ashamed that I have to leave a single star instead of none at all.

    The customer service at this *** ********************** is abysmal. I just dropped off a package to return to Amazon, and the woman ranted at me about returning it in the package I received it in. I explained I was not offered the choice of whether or not to receive it in Amazon or original packaging, but she did not relent.She was also yelling at people in line to move closer to the counter to save her time, while she wasted time remonstrating me for things for which I was not responsible. I understand that customer-facing jobs are stressful at times, but based on the service I received today I would never return unless absolutely necessary.
