Refund and Exchange Policy

Customers who are not pleased with their purchase can simply ship it back to the company within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. The company must receive returned purchases within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. Item(s) must be in its original package. Item(s) must be shipped in a box. Do not attach anything to the original manufactures packaging. Removing the linens from the package to inspect the color and feel the wonderful fabric is fine. If for some reason the color or feel are not right, (remember they will be lightly starched before they are washed for the first time), simply slip them back into their packaging and contact the business for a return shipping address. This company cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Items that are special ordered are not returnable. Health department regulations do not permit them to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, duvets, mattress pads, pillowcases, and pillows for refund or credit. If an order contains bed sheets or duvet cover set, these are only returnable if they have not been removed from zippered package. Orders with Bed sheets or Duvet Cover Sets that have been unfolded and/or washed are not returnable. A full refund will be given after the company has received the return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, they will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). COD returns of any kind are not accepted. Down Comforter Guarantee: After every processing step, there is strict quality control. This product is warranted against manufacturing defects for 10 years. If you are not satisfied with the product when you receive it, return it immediately for a full refund -except for the shipping. No refunds after the product has been used. These are BRAND NEW from the manufacturer. This product includes an original manufacturer's limited warranty. This company does not and cannot accept any responsibility or liability for the condition, duration, or extent of such warranties. All customer questions and inquiries about warranties or repair should be directed towards the original manufacturer. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: For all international returns, this business is not responsible for any customs or brokerage fees that the customer or company will incur. Customers are responsible to pay for their customs and brokerage fees as well as the company's customs and brokerage fees. No exceptions. This business will only ship under the above conditions.
