    My address has a circular-free decal clearly visible under the mailbox and above the address. Donnelley Distributions has ignored the decal that forbids delivery of circulars to my address. Today, Friday March 17th, marks the third unauthorized delivery to my address by ********* Distributions. When a circular was left on my porch in October of 2022, I spoke directly with a woman from Donnelley Distributions, and she stated that she would inform the crew involved who delivers on my block. I did not go through the process of attaining a "******************** Circular Free Property" decal, only to have three circulars delivered to my address after attaining and clearly displaying it on the address of my property. At this point, my circular-free property decal is being intentionally ignored, and my actions are being blatantly undermined. I will not ever desire a circular to be delivered to my address. I've completed the process and requirements necessary in order to avoid circulars being left on my property. Donnelley Distribution and their *******, crewman, and trainees have neglected to acknowledge the decal on my address and have left a circular at my address for the third time since my attaining and displaying the decal. One of the first things taught to new trainees is that they never leave a circular at a property with what they call, a "ghostbuster sticker" visible on the property. Properties with a circular-free-property decal do not at all want, need, nor desire any paper advertising at the property
