dark skinned ****** guy was deliberately acting up or acting oddly first he greeted me loudly by saying hello, and i noticed he was nice and quiet with everyone else at the gas station because obviously he is afraid and respectful of other people. on the other hand he was coahced and trained to be abuse to some people or at least me. i dont know if these people are mind controlled and they do it by their nature wihtou knowing about it or they are specifically told do what they do. when i told him i wanted $20 he repeated by saying $20 two zero twenty, i dont know why he repeated himself over and over. then after the task was completed he returned me my credit card without the receipt, and i asked him for it and he acted as if he had forgotten all about it and he went back to get it by exclaiming to himself oh. when he returned back i was looking at my right window where he was supposed to show up but instead he came around the car for some reason and knocked on the window that was closed. and i had to open that window to take the receipt. it was a intentional strategy for some sort of abuse by the ** government and these dark skinned ******* or blacks etc. but it seems like most people usually poorer people minorities seniors are more into aggression against me compared to whites that are eduated and are good looking and have good jobs or businesses. its the people at ************ spectrum of education or economic status that are probably mind controlled or told to act against me by acintg aggressively all the time. i propose a mass expulsion of everyone involved and everyone who stood quietly by ignoring everything about this cointelpro targeting mental harassment campaign that has been on going in *** for decades .by the way i notice a lot of dark skinned ******* in the ** and ** area since i have arrived to *** in ****, it seems there is a secret program going on between these dark skinned people and us government, but thats another topic,
