*** was amazing! Within 30 minutes he had located the dishwasher that was just what I wanted. He was polite and efficient. Within a week he orchestrated the installation so that I had a dishwasher before the Thanksgiving crowd. Thank you, ****

I have been using *** for that last 20 years. Thier prices are always competitive, and their service is A+. Our recent sales rep ***************** was very professional, no hype, knows the products, and went out of his way to make sure everything was done properly. The delivery men arrived in the given time window and are very courteous and careful. And lastly their installers are the best. Especially *************************** who is simply the best installer I've ever used.ABC Discount Appliances

I have been trying to find a new panel ready dishwasher to fit a 19 year old Bosch dishwasher with a panel. With delays in production and shipments it seemed like it was going to be a very long wait for a panel ready dishwasher to even be available. In the meantime, *************** was fabulous. He answered all of my questions and looked for a model to fit my panel. When he couldn't find one immediately, he tried again after I sent pictures and measurements. Sadly, my panel is just not the right size for todays dishwashers, so I will have to give it up. *** was the most professional sales consultant I've dealt with. Beyond his persistence in trying to a find a dishwasher to fit, he was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient. I can highly recommend asking for *** when you are looking for a new appliance.ABC Discount Appliances

We purchased a new dryer from *****************. Everything was fine with the purchase and installation. When the **** finished it's cycle an extremely loud buzzer would sound. It was excessive.We called *** to see if this could be remedied. He personally researched the problem and came to our house with his associate **** and they fixed the issue. ***'s personal attention to our problem was very much appreciated but not that surprising. We had purchased several other appliances from *** and *** in the past. Each time the service is impeccable and the professional way our needs are managed makes it a pleasure to do business with *** and ***. your store is excellent , but ***************** is great. My wife frankly doesn't want to bother even shopping "around" anywhere because she trusts him and any potential small savings is not worth it to her.ABC Discount Appliances
