    We recently purchased a home and were forced into taking on the solar system even it had not been activated at the time of purchase. Fast forward we've been in the unit for 3 months paying ridiculous electricity bill and the solar unit has not been activated. We've contacted the company to find out when it'll get activated but the agent incharge is the least interested in providing transparent information. We months in and we still have no clue how we're supposed to have benefited from this solar system was that was forced onto us.They say get solar so you can supposedly save on electricity bills, not the case when dealing with crocked companies. Here we are incurring higher bills than we were promised. According to the installer we'd be paying $150 in electricity. Completely false.

    The customer did not pay for anything.  He has a free solar system and he is waiting for PSEG to turn the system on at his house.  We have nothing to do with this at this point.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As a company dealing in solar you should keep in mind that not everyone has had the experience of using solar before, it's your duty to provide guidance to your customer. Seems like courtesy doesn't exist with this company.
