    They don't have a process that manually cancels your membership when at the business which isn't the best. I also was charged a fee which was way over the amount that should be charged and that I do agree with. I've asked for a email confirming my membership was cancelled which nothing has happened as of yet. I paused my membership and was still charged and sent to collections for a small amount of $42.64. The contract needs to be easily available for anyone in the public to read as request. All membership dues are due at the cancelation of the membership because of the commitment clause which I urge people not to sign but make an addendum to the contract which you have every right to do before you sign it. I don't agree with the fees and any surcharge amount this business charges which is above the legal limit for the state of **.
