    Contacted just to ask what shipping time is usually like to ****** as there wasn't any indication when purchasing for an estimate of how long it may take. Got an e-mail back in all caps saying "YOUR ORDER IS SCHEDULED TO SHIP TOMORROW". I asked again if there was any kind of delivery estimate as I will be going away soon, and said that the tracking does not show me any information and there were no updates on my package for several ******** an e-mail back saying to contact the courier (Purolator) and that they cant do anything once they've sent it.... Contacted the courier and was told they didn't even have the package yet and that the company should be able to tell me where it was. Eventually found out through *********'s help that my package was with a different service in the states and my tracking would only update for me once Purolator had it within ******. $30 shipping and over $100 of items and the companies emails lacked information, ignored direct questions I asked, and were worded rudely.

    Ripping customers off on shipping cost! My order totalled over *********************************************************** the order, they were trying to charge me ***** for shipping, when it's suppose to be free with orders over 49. I don't give a c*** if the rule is to pay shipping on CC models!!! If there is another more expensive regular run item in the order, it should follow the free shipping rule!!

    I've been buying Breyer horses for years. I have never opened a box and had fumes almost knock me out! I received my collector club horse today, the fumes were unbearable, had to finish opening the box outdoors. How did this/these horses pass inspection? What kind of new sealant spray are ya'll using that's different from before? Cutting back on costs and using a cheaper sealant? I see money is more important than your customers health!
