    cannot begin to tell you what occurred last night. We boarded the boat first and sat at table 43, the silverware was backwards with the knife on the left and the forks backwards on the right. That should have been the first indication the night was going to ****.I asked ******* for a bottle of prosecco and my bf ordered a drink. We were told the ship didnt carry Prosecco. I said I saw it online you do. After a few minutes back and forth I stood up to ask the man still checking people in, if there was prosecco to purchase. He told me yes and we ordered a bottle yet waited 35 minutes for my BF drink Later we went upstairs with photographer and took photos. When we went back to the table others had salads and pasta, we had nothing. We asked but he didn't comprehend. Another waiter possible assistant brought out salad and ICE-cold pasta. At this point I had it and went down to the bar to speak with a manager. She sent ******** up to us who brought us hot pasta and my boyfriend's drink. All this time being ignored by *******. We had empty water glasses the entire night. He never filled them. I have photos of me holding the glasses upside down and empty.Our dinner was brought to us by ******** and ******. The table next to us (table 44) received their cake before their cold dinner arrived which they sent back. Mind you all 5 or 6 tables had received entrees and were done with dinner except table 44!!!We now see ******* serving everyone dessert, yet he never even came to our table. My boyfriend had to get up to go get us our own cake off a tray near the front of the ship.****** never cleared our table, I had to keep putting the empty dishes on the empty table behind me.******** and ****** had us and the other couples go downstairs for the last 45 minutes of the cruise.While speaking to the others who had been moved downstairs, they all had the same complaints. One table waited 55 minutes for a drink from *******!The final straw was ******* told Table 44 we were rude, and he was not going to acknowledge nor serve us.***** a guest of your cruise (at table 44) stated to him, that is your job you have to, and he said n"o I will not serve them".Thankfully she waited to tell us this after we got off the ship, or there would have been h*** to pay.I spent ****** on tickets, we bought 3 or 4 photos @75.00 to ******, $85.00 on drinks and additional tips for ****** and ***************Spending over $425 to get treated like this is unacceptable.Since I am a business owner, I have refrained from bad reviews on numerous platforms, reporting this to my credit card to stop payment and I will give you the opportunity to correct this expeditiously.******* needs to be terminated.Cornucopia REFUSED TO refund us ******!
