    Wonderful Platform, Very User Friendly, Responsive to Needs. We essentially built our version of Zoo Books with the help of its developers and staff. Their employees are gracious, timely in their response and think outside the box when it comes to issues that require resolution. In addition, they care about your view of their services and have allowed me numerous opportunities to get training in the ins and outs of everything so I can ensure we are using the best methods possible to complete and monitor documentation. I love working with them and I can honestly say, Zoo Books is a platform that even those with less technical skill can use with ease. I'm very happy we found them; they are not your traditional EHR.

    I had an issue about how to change insurance carriers on previously billed charges. I received an answer in surprisingly quick fashion, and they even included a video to show me how to make the needed changes. Zoobook is generally very good at getting back to their clients in a timely fashion, even providing weekly updates when a needed change will take time to implement. Their support team is AWESOME!

    Zoobook is truly an all-in-one software. You can utilize HR, building policies/drills, as well as clients for multiple specialties. You can customize nearly everything in Zoobook. We also utilize the employee section for records. We use the reports for weekly A/R. They calculate correctly - with all applicable billing rules being applied including non-billable dates that are over the allowed amount of visits.Zoobook customer service is what sets them above everyone else. Its very easy to reach someone and they are very responsive and sensitive to time and information.We've used them for over 2 years now. We reviewed other softwares. None of them have all the features and capabilities that Zoobook has. And, none of them have the level of customer service that ********************** has.
