    In December I hired Better Life Credit Repair to fix my credit. I spoke with Nelson who told me the company can remove anything off of your credit report 100% guarantee or your money back. He stated I have to check in every 45 days and my credit will be updated. However from December to April I noticed there were no changes to my report. Therefore, I began to request proof that he was sending out dispute reports as he stated. He dismissed my concerns and requests by telling me to “be patient” because it take the credit bureaus 60-90 days to issue a resolution to these disputes. However, federal law requires the credit bureaus to issue a response in 30-45 days. After this response I called the actual credit bureaus myself to see if I had any open disputes on my account, to which I was told by the bureaus that there were none. I immediately contacted Nelson didn’t even refute the fact that he had indeed taken my money and had no intention of fixing my credit. He then promised to issue a refund my refund of $500 1-2 days. He did not do so and now refuses to answer my calls or texts. I have both visual and audio proof that they agreed to refund my payment.
