    This company purchased a product from our **** store, they asked to return the product. The reason they gave for the return was "ATT compatibility problem." Instead of returning the product we sold them, they returned the back half of a different product, which had the screen removed. They committed returns fraud and were able to trick **** into giving them a refund. When confronted, one employee played dumb and pretended he had no idea what we were talking about, and another employee simply laughed on the phone and hung up on us.

    The company owes is $339.99, that's the cost of the product they stole from us.

    I took my e-bike in to the store to have brakes repaired. When I got it back it wouldn't start. The handle bar was crooked, things had been broken off and it was cracked down by the battery. Their was nothing wrong with the bike other than it needed brakes. I asked what happened and all the guy said was that he sent it out to another shop to be fixed. I asked what shop he sent it to and he wouldn't tell me. I haven't heard anything from him about any resolution.
