    This organization is atrocious! They sent me a bill and then made it next to impossible to pay it. Phone numbers weren't working, no response from emails and the website wasnt functioning properly. Then they try to tack on a late fee charge because I didnt pay the bill on time!!! I hardly ever use the toll bridges they oversee but now I am being told there will be no other option but to buy an EZ pass which I dont want or need. What a money making scam!

    Couple months ago I got a letter of insufficient funds on my ezpass and was charging me higher fares in addition to penalties. I had to wait on hold for 1.5hours to get a hold of someone to resolve. While on the phone I asked if there were anymore on my account to avoid more penalties and was told no. Couple days later I received another one for higher fares and penalties. I had to wait over an hour again to talk to someone and had to pay higher fares again. Today I received a violation again because thier booths didnt pick up my transponder and once again charging me the higher fare. I have been going through same both for over 10 years and never had issue with transponder getting picked up and never moved it. I am being charged 2x more then I should for thier error

    I would have selected zero stars, but it won't allow me. to. I received a final notice demand in the mail today for a toll I paid in December, it is February. When I logged into their own payment system it shows that I paid this toll in December and that the balanceis zero. So I call to clear it up, I have to wait on hold for an hour, yes an hour, to reach a human being who sounded like she was crying when she answered the phone. She looks it up and says it is paid. I said well how do I prove this so that they do not suspend our DOT # and truck registrations? She said it just wouldn't. I asked then how did you generate a final notice bill in February if you show it paid? She could not answer. I was told that I just needed to believe that it was all set. You are talking about our DOT # if it is suspened we can't put trucks on the road and you will put us out of business!!! This is an absolutely horrible agency and should not be allowed to have the power of suspending licenses, registrations, etc if they cannot keep their records straight.
