      I ordered, on November 19, 2025, a Bulova ****** Two-Tone watch for ****** miles (~$400) from United Mileage Plus Merchandise Awards which has never been received. Rymax is the partner United used to process and complete the order per their website. When ordered, I was not told it was out of stock, nor was I told when it would ship (both items of failed communication are unacceptable).I enquired in early December about the status and I was told it would ship on December 13th and I would receive tracking information. I received neither the watch nor the tracking information. I inquired again on December 21st and was told on December 23rd that the Bulova Bracelet (not Watch) was back ordered. As mentioned, when I placed the order on November 19th, there was no indication the product was out of stock. And I never received any form of communication or update unless I inquired, and then the information I received was bad. This watch cost ****** miles, or about $400, so it is not an immaterial item. The ordering process, the follow-up customer service, and actual performance of delivering the product paid for has been extremely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on Rymax and ***************. I would like the immediate shipping of the product ordered or an immediate refund if that is not possible. I would also like this poor performance reflected on both company's BBB standing. Thank you.

      The matter has been resolved.  The Customer has been contacted.  The item was shipped on 12/23/24.  The item was delivered on 12/27/24.  The customer was provided with tracking for the delivery on 12/30/24.  The matter should be marked closed.
