    I subscribed to AngelSense tracking on a monthly payment plan and I tried to cancel my subscription and was told I agreed to a 1 year contract. The terms of the contract are not up front and they claim are written in their terms and condition. I feel this is consumer fraud and devious advertisement.

    ***************** purchased the device kit and monthly subscription plan on 05/12/2022. This order was a part of our free device promotion upon the agreement of a one-year commitment. When placing the initial order you must accept that you have read the terms and conditions of the sale. The terms and conditions state that the customer has a ****** risk free moneyback guarantee trial period. Once this trial period is up, they are in the commitment period. *** reached out to terminate her service on 11/14/2022 during this commitment period. She was informed of the contract and was offered discounted service of $19.99 per month for 3 months as well as assistance from our technical specialists in which she agreed to this. We later reached back out to the customer on 11/23/2022 upon receiving the letter of complaint from BBB and offered to release her from the contract as we do understand every situation is different and want to assist in any way we can. We attempted to reach out several times via calling and email but were unsuccessful. At this time, ***'s account is still active with the $19.99 discount. The offer for assistance with her device or being released from the contract still stand.

    I purchased this product for my grandson ********************, I paid with MY CREDITCARD/DEBT CARD from *********** , the advertisement said to put the person who will be using the app. My son *************************** Emrycs Father will be using the app. the product is to big and bulky for my grandson he is autistic and he was making a fuss over the device, so my son said he doesn't want it! there is a 30 day money back guarantee. so i sent it back, I called to see if they received it and when will i get my money put back in my account. and they said your not on the application , but yet I paid with MY CREDIT CARD!!! so how can i not get an answer to my question. I paid for it, it was received at my job!! they are quick to take the money but being that I am not Ethian they cant respond to me!!! very poor policy!! when I paid for it!!! very frustrated!! they say security is very important , but my credit is not in ******'s name!!! so why would you take a credit card /Debit card that doesnt have the persons name on it?

    ******** reached out to cancel her services on 10/03/2022. Upon review, ******** contact information was not listed on the account in question. Due to security protocol, in order to make any changes to the account, we must first speak with the primary account holder. We reached out to the primary on 10/03/2022 and were able to confirm the cancellation. We sent the return information since the customer cancelled during the ****** moneyback guarantee trial period. The device was returned and checked into our warehouse and a full refund was issued on 10/13/2022.
