    This apartment complex has been the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! They never want to address concerns and have left my family in ***** way many of times. They have a leasing agent named ****** *. Who sits in the leasing house with all doors locked the only way you can access trying to speak to anyone is going through the gym door with access key. She doesnt answer any phones calls and when you make a complaint to speak to corporate she avoids all access to make contact with them. This business left my family with multiple gas leaks in our apartment and when I complained via maintenance phone calls and maintenance work order I got ignored. The maintenance person looked at me like I was talking crazy. Until one day Im at work and Im receiving a call from my sister that the fire department is in my apartment. Apparently the neighbors called cause they were smelling gas and then the fire department traced the detection of gas it was coming from my apartment unit behind my stove. Mind you Ive been complaining this is my 1st apartment so I have no clue what to do in this matter. I have a 3 yr old and is currently pregnant and each night I had to leave my window open to stand being in this apartment to find out my complaints were Valid. This apartment is taking no responsibility in this matter. Ive asked to speak to corporate for over a month 3 times with no contact made to me. I went to the leasing house to make another complaint and this lady wanted to act like she knows nothing of what Im speaking of. She was so dismissive to my high concerns! She is a complete racist!
