    I paid $379 plus tips all together to have Carlos inconveniently come to my house three separate times to replace a snapped dryer belt twice, install a rear clamp, and clean out our vents. ALL THREE things we paid him to do have since broke or were never completed the first time. We are now on our third new dryer belt from a new tech, a new clamp from a new tech, and we have to hire another company to properly clean our vents as we determined our dryer still does not heat up correctly and our vents are clogged at areas Carlos couldn't reach with his ****** tool vent cleaner. Not to mention, he did a terrible job cleaning up the inside of the machine.

    Overall we will be paying close to $900 all together for these services to be completed the correct way, after paying this (what feels like a scam) company. All of this happened since 8/29, we finally fixed the dryer 12/28. Lastly Carlos had the nerve to swear at me, say I am wrong about my accounts of what happened, and he childishly repeatedly hung up the phone when I called him out for his negligence and asked for my money back. He argued about the costs and what he did, when I have pictures and proof of purchase via *****. They have yet to pay me back for this headache and negligence. Also, their owner (who I think is Carlos, but Carlos claims is a different person) has yet to call me to address this matter after leaving respectful emails and messages for over two weeks.
