    Worst customer service. Bought a dresser online, it was damaged and missing hardware when I received it. Contacted customer service, and it was weeks and weeks of slow email responses trying to get new parts shipped to me. (Still haven’t received them as I’m writing this). My only option was to find a way to repackage and ship back an 87 lb. dresser for a refund. Which I’m hesitant to do because I doubt I’d get my money back. Complete waste of time and money. Customer Service is only reachable through email, no phone number exists.

    We are respectful of the experience shared and are extremely sorry that we were unable to help the customer due to the refusal to return the item. The policy on returns is clearly stated on our website. Our team had followed up as well. We have taken this seriously to review and consider if any changes could be made to the policy.
