    A year ago I purchased a website from ********* **** i was very misinformed and in my opinion manipulated during the process. The person who was in charge of my project never finished it and quite frankly i was exhausted from all of the story changes and the seemingly made up as he went rules and regulations, i asked tor a refund. He continued to go back and forth with me relentlessly all while still telling me that all other options other than the one that was most convenient for him would not work. I was so fed up that i hadnt noticed that he had been fired. Still never completing my project and still never reaching any type of agreement. His manager reached out with more of the same and life got busy for me. My number had changed but my email address never did. No one reached out to me again. So I reached out again and asked for a refund again. I was at first told yes and then i was told I would only receive a partial refund. A male from the company called to badger me and ask for copies of my conversations again after i had sent them multiple times. He called me a liar and said that i was the one who made it impossible to finish the product. When i sent proof it got quiet again. Now im being told that it is against the policy to give me a refund but they are not telling me what part of the policy points to that. I have nothing to show for this stressful ordeal and they somehow claim that the money was spent on nothing. The company is *********, under sybrid global, under first tek. They make it very hard to contact anyone and are very disorganized, and unprofessional when dealing with me. The contract was never fulfilled and therefore breached. I have had the utmost patience but now i am out of it.
