    My company is based out of Miami FL. Am a developer of Single Family Homes mainly in the Pinecrest FL Area. I contracted All American Construction to re new the tennis court (refinish with asphalt, paint the court, paint the stripes and also install the chain link fence). Mr J. and Mr M. visited the site many time and are very familiar with the property and the job that needed to be done. They commenced the job but abandoned the site without completion. We are almost complete with with the entire home and this was preventing us from selling the house as potential buyers would visit to make offers but due to the unfinished look of the entire tennis court area would not put an offer to purchase. We were not even able to take pictures of the back yard for the listing as it looked very bad. After numerous attempts via all the mean we commented (email, text, whatsup and call" with our response, I had no choose but to hire another company to finish the job. This cost me a lot more to finish as no company wanted to take some else's unfinished problems.

    In looking and understanding the matter, I don know if this company "All American Construction LLC" is allowed to do Bussiness here in FL as they are a NJ company. J. personally promoted that he does many driveway, roofs, tennis courts, etc in the area at the moment. I know them because I own a commercial property in NJ and I hired them to fix a parking lot area a few years ago.

    I keep getting call from on of his chain link subcontractors that apparently, they did not pay him for the work he did.

    Contract was for $37,275.00
    I paid All American $33,000.00
    remaining - 4,275.00

    New company is charging me $9,800 to finish.

    Here attached I will send you the string of communication, payment receipts, complaint applications and all documentation related to this matter. I filed a complaint with Miami Dade as well.

    Hello,
    I have attached documentation (contracts, pay stubs, communication, forms filled, etc) for your review.  This gentleman and company has put me in a bad situation as potential buyers would not make offers as the house did not look good at all.  I have hired a new company to finish the work.
