    Placed order for 2k tv on sunday. was asked to choose a delivery/install time at checkout. I chose thursday 4/24. I was told i would get a text the day before letting me know a time window. I took off from work to be home for the delivery. 4/23 i get a text stating my appointment is scheduled for 4/24 3-7 PM, make sure everything is cleared up and the space is accessible for the tv delivery/install. at 7pm on 4/23 i get a text stating i need to schedule my appointment (please see attached [-photos of entire chat transcript). I clicked the link and it said my appointment was never scheduled. At this point I have a confirmatory email, and a confirmatory text telling me exactly someone will come to deliver the tv. Now i got that there was a delay in delivery from a customer service member. I was never notified tat it cant take place until 7pm the night before delivery. I took off from work, the fact this all happened last minute, without any prior warning impacted so many things. The customer service agent chat is closed by the time I received their number, and was told I need to reach out to get the nearest time available, which upon checking is 5/1. Now I have to take two days off for this. a partial refund, expedited installation time window, is requested.

    I placed an order on the ******* website for a pair of Beats Studio Pro headphones to be delivered to my home. The package was scheduled for delivery on Friday 11/22/24 and was delayed to Saturday 11/23/24. On Saturday I received notification that the package had been delivered however I did not get any notification from my doorbell camera. My husband went to retrieve the package and found that it was not there. He searched all the surrounding porches and did not find the package. I contacted ***** and ******* to let them know the status of the package. ***** concluded their investigation and determined that the package was missing and that a claim needed to be filed. I attempted to complete the claim online and found that I was unable to complete the process since I was not the supplier. ******* also concluded their investigation and determined that they would not issue a refund or replacement and that I should seek help from the local authorities. No one seems to be concerned about me getting my money back. I added the delivery picture from ***** which does not identify my door. Also a picture of the ******* order.
