  Avoid *************************************** company of Boost, same owner) if you want your stuff to be delivered on times. ******************************** was sub-contracted by a broker company. They were supposed to pick up on Mar 14/15 but they delayed the pick up to 16th. At the time of pick up they increased the price by 35%. And the guy (******) who picked up, confirmed the delivery will be done in next 3-5 days. So we chose the 4th day(Mar 20) as the date of delivery. Now when I contacted them on Mar 20 for status on delivery, they said the items are still at a storage location near ****************(source location) and they may need at least 10 days to ship from storage. And the 10 days is also not guaranteed, it may take total of 21 days from the first day of delivery. Now who in their right mind would let their items be locked in a storage unit for 25 days. Had I known this earlier, I would have chosen a different mover or moved it myself. Worst company ever who do not take the ownership of delivering the items on time. Their license should be cancelled.

  Move was brokered out to boost ( didnt know this was done). ****** arrived a day later than expected, was told would show on 2nd day only in bad weather). Also 1 hr later than contracted. Driver, not speaking communicable English,, walked around our small house, writing things down. Stated not on inventory. Charged me $2000 to load our furnishings in ms for a move to tn.. said their truck only hold **** sqr feet, our house only **** sqr feet. Finished loading on 2nd day at ****. Was told would be in ********* ** next day at 3. Did not come for 5 DAYS. When arrived, had been moved onto 18 *******. ****** said could drive truck into apt complex. Have to be able to drive fire trucks and ladder trucks into complex, no reason 18 ******* couldnt. Was then told had 3 options, they rent uhaul for $****, they store all of the furniture or we could get uhaul ourself, loading it ourself. My husband and I are both disabled, couldnt do that. Only was to get our furnishings was to pay the $****. There were glasses broke, boxes smushed, things thrown into random large boxes,munlabeled. We were without our CPAP, and Bipap for 5 days!! Was looking over their descriptive inventory, additional things added.

  The movers seemed really concerned and careful about the belongings. Made sure nothing gets affected or scratched, packed logically, and placed in an organized manner in the truck and the delicate in the carton. Brilliant operation overall.

  The two movers in charge of the pickup did an excellent job, too. They got along great, completed their share of the chores cheerfully, and communicated well. It took approximately five hours of focused effort to stuff the container. We are quite satisfied with the work they did for us and give them our highest recommendation.

  Boost Express Van Lines are just so comfortable to work with. Also, their cost-effective methods are beneficial. I will recommend using them in a heartbeat!
