    Date of Contact: 8/8/22 Date of Work Completed: 8/9/22 Amount Paid $2900 cash Multiple contact dates so that he could resolve issue: 8/9, 8/12,8/13,8/15,8/16,8/20,8/23,8/25,8/26, 8/27,8/28 and 8/30 **** started out very responsive. He answered every phone call and text. He was prompt when we scheduled to do the repair work for our front stairs. Little did I know that he wasnt completing the job himself - however, thats ok because many contractors have their team. The guy that came to work on the masonry around my house and my stairs was a novice. I dont believe he had any idea what he was doing. The stairs are so uneven that the mortar cracked. They didnt replace the broken slab. Instead they moved it to the end and didnt make any attempt to box it out and smooth it over. they failed to lift the pavers from the bottom so that the center slabs could be even (Im no ***** but common sense would tell me that I need an even platform.) The mortar on the side of the foundation was so wet that it ended up not drying at all and its been weeks! When you touch the mortar it sinks and crumbles. the bricks are loose on my porch (maybe he just forgot to mortar ALL of them). I called several times. He answered the first couple times with Yes Maam we will be there to fix it. I understand you are not happy with the job. Then every excuse was used each time he was supposed to show up. I left text messages, I called and now Im being ignored. He stole our money because now I have to get someone out here to do it right. I will be reporting **** and Cutprice Paving to the Better Business Bureau and letting my community know what has happened and BEWARE!
