      After entering my description of the problem, I got a note that my entry was too long, so instead of entering it here, I have uploaded a copy to your section below ("Upload supporting documents"), along with a copy of the contract.
      Basically, this complaint concerns a roof replacement in which the requirements of the contract were not fulfilled and some damage was done.

      We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused the customer and the issue will be resolved immediately.  We have scheduled a repair for this Friday, November 17, 2023.  Unfortunately, we had a previous employee that had been doing bad work on the job.  This person is no longer with the company for this particular reason.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. Judging from the pictures of the repair which the contractor took, it appears that the work is acceptable..  When I am again able to inspect the roof repairs myself, I will confirm that.  For now, I accept that the work was done satisfactorily.
