      Refused to adjust my shipping address even though they were emailed immediately after the order was placed. Would not issue a refund either. ************* was dismissive. Very disappointed in this experience.

      I placed an order December 5th they sent a tracking number, after a few days the product had not moved so I reached out only to be reassured the product was on its way. A couple days go by same thing, no movement, I email again. They resend a tracking number. I started a claim with my credit card against them and then they finally respond. After all that they finally refunded my money, I had to fight hard for my refund though. Poor customer service poor over all business.

      ***** this trash company. They overcharge customers, send damaged items constantly and offer no solutions. They care nothing about their customers. Worst customer service in existence. Do not give them a dime!

      This company is based in ***** with an office front in **********. There products are overpriced, cheap garbage, they take forever to get here and the order I received was incorrect. I am trying to return this fully packaged, unused mess and the customer service email (no phone number or live chat available) has not responded to my last three emails. Do NOT patronize this awful company, they need to close and stop robbing people.

      Terrible. Absolutely wretched. I've bought several of their BRXLZ stadiums. Some of them you just flat out can not build due to poor structure. They have given me extra pieces when I've requested them, but that seems to be their solution for everything. Then they send an email to review these stadiums. However, if your comments aren't to their liking, they remove it. They have a phone number but no one ever answers. They ask you to leave your name, number and email address, but no one ever gets back to you. I am done with this company. Too much headache to deal with their nonsense.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered Christmas gifts December 6. January 6, still no items. Multiple calls and emails to customer service unanswered. One item arrived January 7. **************** FINALLY responded a week later telling me my other item was sold out...which it was NOT when I ordered...so they offered a refund. I still have not been given a full refund for my missing item, and they keep sending me emails to review the item I never received. NEVER buy from this company.

      I ordered 2 things in November 23 for Christmas. It is January 6th and still hasn't been received. I have emailed 5 times and I have received no answer. I have just lost 60$. There is no number to call. They truly are terrible and I wont order anything else from them.

      I ordered as size small ******** fleece set for my daughter and they sent me a childs small. I have attempted to contact them four (4) times now via email and by phone. No response: Not to mention when you do happen to fi d their phone number nobody answers because it doesnt even ring. A short voicemail comes on: I wish I would have looked at all the reviews they are a company that should not be in business. TERRIBLE THAT THEY ARE NOT SHUT DOWN YET!
