    On March 18th I placed an order (#******)with 2 day priority shipping for this item https://********.***/********/*****-**id=*********. My total was $38.53. As you can see the product pictures show a rig, a joint, a banger, a bowl, and a carb cap. This is what I expected to receive. Firstly I didn’t receive my package until day 4 days later(March 22, 2025) I contacted customer service and they did refund me $15.43 for my 2Day priority shipping. Once the item arrived, I saw that it only came with the joint, the rig, and a male bowl. I contacted the customer service and they assured me the problem would be resolved. On March 24, another order( #****** )was placed for a banger and what I’m guessing to be the correct ***** rig set. By that Thursday, I had contacted customer service yet again because I had not received any tracking information. I was told that it was moving through the system and I would receive a tracking number shortly. However, I did not. And now we come to Monday March 31. I received an order and it’s the complete first order again with the same missing pieces. I checked the site to see that missing item still had not been sent yet. I again for the fourth time, contacted customer service and was told that they were escalating it to the proper department. Today is April 4, 2025 and I still have no tracking number for the replacement and have been trying to contact them via live chat and phone call but no one answers. In fact the number that they give is not even correct and I asked the representative for the correct number and they just replied with the same number that’s listed on the site. I feel like I have been scammed. Every representative I have talked to only tells me that it will be escalated, but nothing has been done and it’s been nearly a month. I really would just like the two missing pieces which is the carb cap and the banger or a complete refund.

    Over the past year I've tried placing many orders with this company, some have been delivered but many have not. First off on their website they GUARANTEE shipping within 2-3 business days, but nothing has ever been sent in that time frame and when I ask I get the exact same pretyped response( high order volume, working on, wait more) with no variation. I pay extra for shipping each time and it's still over a week before they send it. Every single time. They also had ads all over their site for a free gift for every order over $30 but they never once sent a single thing. I have screenshots of the ad but it all bowls down to they are allowed to blatantly lie on their website, and then customer service is so incredibly unhelpful. They're tricking people into buying from them knowing they aren't going to be able to meet the deadline they set. These where relatively small orders (between $30-100 each) but with the extra paid for shipping and the time wasted by these lies I believe I'm due some type of compensation. The current order is on day 5 out of 3 unshipped and customer support says it will be shipped in the next few business days which means it won't be sent out til next week and that's just not fair. I definitely would have just gone somewhere local had I known that they could do this every single time. And if I can't get any type of compensation I at least wanna let others know to use a different site

    ordered a bong from ************ and never received the said item. called customer service numerous times and no one answered the phone. also emailed customer service and no response.

    September 13 2022. I paid $11.57 this is including the $,98 shipping protection. They committed to provide the product within 3-5 days after ordering. Dank stop even took the money from my bank. On there website they specifically say they will ship orders by 2pm. I ordered late September 13 ******************************** a tracking number. I got neither. The only email I got was saying they took my money. I am disputing this because I still have no product an it has been almost 3 weeks, I have tried to contact them through email an by phone. I still yet have received no email from customer service. When I call the number they provide online it literally ring once an they they say there is no available customer service available. I've been calling them them since Monday September 26 ************************************************* the warehouse an has not yet been shipped. Again no response from this company whatsoever. I'm disputing this because there is over 20 people that have experienced the same thing I'm going through now. This business has not even tried to resolve my problem. Which normally any customer service rep. would want to fix issues like this right away, but this company. My order number is ******, There is no available tracking number or confirmation number I can provide. The account is ************************ Today is September 28 2022.

    On 9-2-22, I ordered a bunch of items from them, using a promotion code. I was told even the Hemp Cord would be free. Since then I've received one item and have tried contacting by website, email, phone and the Route tracking application. NOT one thing has been done - *********** won't cal me back. They state they guarantee free shipping withing 24 to 48 business hours and yet A. I've yet to get any of my remaining 6 items from my order *******, of $62.03, and the Route ID is **********************. I just want my items and to know what's going on. It's ten days and not shipped! No one has yet done or contacted me in response to the numerous forms of communications I sent them. Help!
