  SCAM!!!! Promised an airfare, never forwarded receipt or confirmation. Called to complain, they told me that I would need to pay for the main cabin on my outbound flight as they had no economy seats. My RT flight was about $380 pp, they now told me it would be close to $1500!!! When I told them to cancel, the told me it was non-refundable and they had already confirmed my return flight!! I immediately contact **** and they cancelled my card immediately. This was a bereavement trip and they people are just the worst bottom feeders!!

  ****! I am going to file legal actions against this company. They offered a flight where the price was cheaper than other agencies. We booked the flight and then hours later, they told us that the flight wasnt available any more and that we had to pay $1000 to reserve the booking. We told them we couldnt afford that and to cancel it. They refunded $900 and kept the $600. For what? We didnt cancel the flight. They lied about it. We are suing them to the full extent of the law. DONT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY! Am going to blast them on TikTok (with my 500k followers and destroy this company). You messed with the wrong one. This is the email they sent. They get you to book at a lower price and then force you to pay more and when you say no, they take parts of the money like they earned it. I understand your frustration, and Im truly sorry for any confusion or inconvenience caused. My intention is not to mislead or commit any wrongdoing. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding about the terms or pricing, and Id be happy to clarify and work through it together.Please know that Im open to resolving this amicably and professionally. Lets find a fair solution that works for both of us.

  100% Bait and switch! They post discounted available flights when you book them you will have to call to confirm flights. At that time they claim those flights are sold out and the only thing available are flights at 3 to 4 times the amount you book. They also claim their website takes a few hours to update thats why it does not reflect the current accurate price. Even after I told them I had been looking at the same flights for over a week and the price never changed. They will lie to you and tell you that you cannot get a flight cheaper than what they are offering you. They will also tell you they have to charge a crazy amount for cancelling your booked flights even though they are not booked at all. You will be handed off to several different people in their call center. None of them are actually trying to help you. They will quote you a price for a ticket knowing it is not the correct amount. For example I can get you tickets for $691 a person that comes to $5528 for 8 tickets. Ok that sounds ok. *** ok thank you to book this your total will be 8k that includes the $2.5k when you booked from the website. Complete scam! I dont know how they are allowed to operate like this.

  On 3/29/2025 I booked a flight for May 9, 2025 for $367.49 booking ref #***** Above itinerary and agency reference number is for information only. Your credit card has not been charged ******* would receive your Etickets and airlines confirmation in a separate email.Your tickets would be issued once the payment is charged.The payment would be processed after billing verification and authentication done by our verification team. never got an email with ticket information.On May 8th, I called ***************** to confirm my flight, and they had no information on my flight being booked. So unless I come up with now $1149 with immediate booking to go to a funeral, I now can't go. Even if I tried to drive all that distance, it would take me 2 days to get to *******************On May 9th, I sent an email stating that they never booked my travel, have not heard back from them yet. It is now May 13th.They have never charged my card as of yet, never returned my call. I would not do business with this booking company ever again.
