    This is regarding our swimming pool at *********************************************************************** that was redone in May-June 2022. After the pool was done there was leakage. I called and informed VMC two days after that letting him know what was happening with the pool. When he returned for final payments. I mention to him the water issue. VMC told me that is because of water evaporation. I spent extra money on having someone look at this situation, the water was coming out and not staying in (no bubbles or anything was seen).We try using the pool for 3 months, we had to add water every time because of the leak. It is very costly each month. I have spoken to VMC on, October 12, 2022 at 8:30 am he stated he will take a look /check the issue. VMC came to check the pool on the month of November and promise to come back and resolve the issue. AS of today they did not come and fix the swimming pool. I am trying to call them to get a schedule when they will fix the swimming pool but to no avail. Please help us to reach out to them and let them fix the issue. I have paid them $42,200 for the pool and they didn't do it right. Please advise our next step to resolve the issue.
