    On 7-12-23 I paid eec co. Total amount due, $2612.50 by check after work was completed. On ****-23 when **** dropped off weed killer to me, we discussed the weeds already growing out of pavers in less than 2 weeks. He verbally guaranteed no weeds for 2 years. He assured me he would return to eliminate all the weeds that grew out of the paver joints and resand the joints again with polymerizing sand. He saw that the sand had washed out of most of the joints and the loose sand kept going into my inground pool. This issue has caused me additional financial hardships as I have to pay a professional pool person to vacuum out all the sand in the bottom of the pool every 2 weeks. I texted him these problems in writing on **** and **** and left voicemails on **** an **** indicating same. He assured me on **** that he would return and fix the issues before I close the pool in September. I have not heard from him since. I just want him to surface clean the pavers, eliminate all the regrown weeds in the pavers joints and resand the pavers joints with the polymerizing stabilizing sand that won't wash out of the joints. This ought to be completed before I close the pool at no additional cost to me.
