      Finally after 37 years of being a member I was ready to use my card and turned into the worst experience of my life. So Tuesday October 24, *********************** a parking lot and within a minute the ******** Pressure' indicator on my screen comes on. I immediately shut the vehicle to prevent any possible harm. 5 minutes later I call AAA to arrange a tow. They no longer take the call, you are routed to an automated system that then sends you a link to request the service yourself, because like every other company, AAA now decided to employee free labor to do a customer service job. When filling out the request you are asked if you need a ride, I answer 'Yes'They then ask, 'For how many people?'Answer '1'A few minutes later the driver arrives and says he doesn't allow people in the truck and and then tries to say how he could try to do me a favor obviously trying to get me to feel indebted and tip him. I normally have no issue tipping but when you are trying to lie and get a tip you are done with me. I told him, 'It's ok, if I'm not allowed in the truck he could leave and I'll call back AAA. AAA says, ' No they are supposed to take the member' 'We'll send him back' I refused, because I will not allow a scammer and liar to take my vehicle. They then try to find another driver and tell me they can't. Had to leave my car and go back the next day. Still an issue with them for 2 more hours until they finally got me another driver. roughly 4-5 hours of time to get towed after 37 years of paying premiums. What unethical practices their drivers engage in. Absolutely ridiculous!

      I have been calling since 130 am they told me they would have someone out to me by 315 then it was 530 then it was 730 and now it's 830 and I keep calling and they still do not have a tow truck coming to get my vehicle. This company is full of liars and doesn't care about their customers at all

      Had service done around Jan 2023 when service center at north Plainfield AAA . They forgot to put tire in my trunk even after reminding to do so.When came back home I called in to check on tire , and was told by ***** that they will hold on to tire. When called in today to check if can be picked up this week and was told the tire was thrown away.Instead of providing a solution, ************** manager at the location lying that they reach out to me . which never happened, and blaming the customer why it wasn't picked up sooner.

      Mine auto insurance was due on 2/29/2023. Mine payment was sent out on 2/28/23. I received a letter from ** AAA Northeast on 3/8/2023 stating that if my payment was not received by 3/22/2023 that my insurance would be cancelled. I have called ** AAA NORTHEAST several times to let them know that the check was mailed to ************************************************. I contacted Progressive and more than 1 customer service stated that they called no one is picking up the phones. One final reach a customer service rep and stated that someone go and pick up the mail weekly. Still this day my check has not cash. ** AAA ********* IN ******** is very poor.
