  Horrible repair on roof. Overpriced and did not even fix the issue. After payment they took their sweet time to come by. His team would show up on rainy days and said we have to reschedule. Did not understand why they would do that. A month later, I was having leaks all over my roof by then and decided to go with another company to completely redo my roof.Weeks later I find them on top of my roof without even letting me know. Good thing I was home then and witnessed them up on my roof. Just scary to say the least and I warned them I would be calling the cops for simply getting up on the roof without first letting me know.

  We had our roof done and Deegan mentioned they do hard scaping/landscaping masonry etc. Because Deegan roofing did a great job we thought we couldn't go wrong with using them for our landscaping and hard scaping project. Boy were we wrong. The reason for our project was to stop water pooling in our garden and get it to move away from our house. The team seemed very polite and said all the right things so we felt comfortable. However once the project started things became clear they did not know how things should be done or they did not care. Lets just say the flooding was exactly the same after they finished the project. If I remember correctly I had over 100 emails back and forth asking for someone to help us fix many issues we had. 1. Once the sod settled the grading of the property returned to how it was before so flooding continued. 2. The pipes they connected to the downspouts are not graded to the street correctly and water collects in the pipes and when we have heavy rain water backs up and comes out the join at the downspout at our foundation. 3. They waterproofed about 1.5' of our foundation and we were told they would waterproof to the bottom of the foundation which was never done. 4. We where told they could not build a rounded wall outside our fromt door and that it had to be square. This turned out to be nonsense because there are pics of rounded walls in the brochure they gave us. 5. The wooden fence they installed the sections were not secured in many places and the gates they "cut" are falling apart. 6. The evergreen trees they planted too close the the fence. 7. I was told we had to have a square or firepit which was also nonsense. After arguing I got the round firepit I requested. After many complaints Jum came around to inspect and said there are many problems with the work but I never saw him or heard from him again. Waste of money and terrible experience! Sad that the small person has very little recourse for projects like this!

  The issue I have with Deegan is their communication. That office staff is RUDE. ** fire my employees for less. If I could only deal with ***** would. But there in lies my next issue, *** doesnt communicate. I had a supposed work number for him that he did not answer. Text or phone call. The last time I spoke to him was April 2021. He told me to reach out if I had any immediate issues and he never got back to me. I also needed to get the gutters done asap and he never responded about that. The final straw of this was today. I had called last week to schedule for Jun to come out to my house to re quote and go over a few new issues like active leaking. He was supposed to show at 8:30am. I called their office at 8:50am after I didnt hear anything. The woman at the office told me she would reach out the Jun and she did. Supposedly he had an emergency and couldnt make it. Not sure how not showing up and not notifying is good practice. The thing this woman doesnt know, is that I have gotten that excuse from the office regarding Jun numerous times. I asked her to have him call me and tried to express my displeasure and she hung up on me. I called back and was told by someone else that *** is unavailable because he is out in the field working. As of the posting of this I have still not received a phone call from ****** really wanted to work with this company, their work looks good and they patched up my roof after trying to get it done. I wanted to repay the faith by still giving them the job. Safe to say that isnt happening. No recommendations to this company could ever be made by me and I will be sure to warn off any one looking for roofing, siding, or gutters. To be clear, the work was never completed and I still have not heard from them. Shady shady shady.
