    I bought a Frigidaire microwave from ********** in July of 2023. It stopped working in June of 2024, within the one year warranty. I called Frigidaire and they sent technician to repair same. He said it cannot be fixed and documented the problem with narrative and pictures for Frigidaire. I have called at least ten times attempting to obtain a replacement but get nowhere. It has been over two months and they keep on telling that someone will contact me Its not happening and it is obvious they are not honoring their warranty. Please help.

    In March 2024 I purchased a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator at Best Buy! It was delivered April 9, 2024! On June 14,2024 it totally stopped working! All food in freezer was lost as well as all items in the fridge area!! On June 14 I called Frigidaire and was given an appt for repair on June 24 - I was then told that they dont come to ******* on Mondays so the service person came on June 27th! Was told that the invertor board on compressor was not sending consistent power to the compressor! Parts ordered, on July 3rd I was told that they are hoping the parts will be in on July 11th - no guarantee. Then it will be almost 1 month that we will be without a refrigerator!

    I purchased October 14, 2022 a Frigidair Induction range for $1,275.13 from ********* in ********, **. Model#GCRI3058AD Serial# ************* Sunday Sept. 2, 2023 I was boiling a pot of water on the large front burner when of a sudden the entire opposite side of the top exploded and shattered with glass everywhere narrowly missing hitting me where it would likely have been in my eyes, ****************** and body.I went to Holloways to report the problem but encountered a dismissive attitude and an accusation that I must have dropped something on it. I have NEVER dropped anything on it nor set a pot down in any way other than gently. I then tried to contact ********* customer service and encountered rudeness like I have never encountered in my life. They then never followed through on anything, gave me a fake case number, lied and left me without recourse but to contact BBB.********* has stated that I must accept a top replacement but I am very fearful of that thinking that the glass has damaged the range in such a way that it might cause a fire when used.I have emailed Holloways, no response at this time, The customer experience corporate office person ******************************* at ******************************* and CC *****************************, President and CEO AB Electrolux ********************************* and no response at this time from them either.I ideally want a refund so I can purchase a safer range, one that will not cause a fear response every time I go to use it.I would rather not involve an attorney but will if forced.I am an 80 year old woman who wants a just resolution. Obviously time is of the essence since I no longer have a way to prepare food.*******************

    We purchased a new refrigerator in May of 2023.After having the refrigerator for three (3) weeks, the refrigerator's compressor failed and would not keep the refrigerator cold.We notified Frigidaire concerning the refrigerator failure to keep cold.They sent a repair man to give the appliance a thorough evaluation, and the verdict was that the compressor failed.They told us the part was on back order with no further information.We have repeatedly contacted Frigidaire numerous times, and they informed us that there would be no replacement of the appliance with no information on when it would be repaired.At this point, we need to get a refrigerator replaced so that we can live a reasonable life.The response from Frigidaire is unacceptable, and we deserve a time frame so that we can either rent a refrigerator to live, or take them to court.We are hoping to hear your comments and possible help in the matter.
