    This retailer produces and sales counterfeit items. The item I am referring to is a Titleist golf flag. I have also reported this to Titleist. The owner stated he was on vacation and could not ship the item and would return on the 6th of July. On the 11th I requested a refund because the item had not yet shipped when it was purchased on the June 29th. He informed me that it was out of his hands and that the post office had the item. The post office tracking did not indicate that it was received until 2 hours after my request. He purposely shipped after the fact to avoid my refund. If you look at his stores feedback it is a constant berating of any customer that does not agree with him and also list these customers (with their home address) on his website as bad customers. While I have no issues with posting responses to feedback, posting personal contact information has to be breach of consumer protection laws.
