    I am also experiencing the same issues with this company. Neither their phone number or email address works. For a unit that costs this much I would have expected better support and customer service .

    I purchased a Macvon mirror back in January which cost me over $800 and I have not been able to set up access to the program that was offered at the time of purchase. I have been attempting to reach the company for months without any luck. They provided an email with a temporary password that doesnt work. Their website is faulty. When you try to set up your access, it provides a system error both on the application and on their website. If you call the phone number thats listed for customer service. You get a error message that says the color is not available theres no message theres no way to reach out to the company other than email and when you email them you get no response.
