    I paid Barten Bros a down payment of $1,706 on Oct. 2, 2024 to remove a boat
    at *** **** *** ************* ******. When they came to the site they said the
    boat was too wide and they couldn't move it. I asked for a refund which they said
    they would send to me at my home address but they've never sent it. They originally
    said they'd send it on Jan. 10, 2025 and every time I call about not receiving it the
    person who speaks to me says she'll tell her boss. They've never sent the check and
    they haven't called me.
